Healing Sessions
Melinda has limited time to help all those in need. “No charge cancellation” will be accepted no later than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If possible, please reschedule at least 2 days prior to session. Half Rate will be charged if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time. If you cannot make the session, you may make arrangements with Melinda’s office to give the session to a family member or friend, prior to the appointment time.
Please keep in mind, any session exceeding 60 minutes during a One Hour Personal Healing Session with Melinda Lee, will be charged an additional fee of $49.00/15 minutes, $99.00/30 minutes and so on.
No Refund Policy: All purchases are final.
Please note that Personal Healing Sessions and Personal Healing Session packages expire after 12 months.

Courses and Retreats
Cancellation Policy
New Healing Dimensions reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If New Healing Dimensions cancels a program, you will receive a full refund of class fees. If New Healing Dimensions reschedules a program your payment will be transferred to the new scheduled dates.
PLEASE NOTE: All classes are subject to change based on enrollment requirements. Please contact our office to confirm event dates, before making travel plans.
Deposit
All deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another class with New Healing Dimensions.
Refunds
Are available on classes paid in full (less a deposit fee) up to eight days before your course.
Lodging
Lodging fees and deposits are non-refundable.
